Tony Arrived and was very Knowledgeable and Installed Temp sensor. Said that if Refrigerator still over cooling it should be replaced. Because all parts related to cooling system have been replaced.

Toni was great, everything I could’ve wanted in a tech: friendly, knowledgeable. He definitely deserves a five star rating. Initially there were difficulties with the company in that the website didn’t update technician progress in coming to me, and I got no phone call when no one showed up, so had to reschedule, and was anxious on account of what might happen given the initial experience, but today everything on the website worked as I could’ve hoped. It is just very disconcerting when it isn’t easy to talk with a human when problems come up.
