Great service

2 repairmen came out on Mar. 22, 2016 to repair our dishwasher. They were friendly, professional and competent. They communicated well between eachother. They gave me some hints about using the dishwasher. I would recommend Sears home repair service. I was very pleased.

The repair man was very polite and knew what he was doing. did a wonderful job and fixed the problem.

Service person listened to the problem and promptly took action to effect the repair. It's working fine now.

My Craftsman 42" tractor just sat on the deck, steering pretty much frozen rendering the tractor useless. The Sears guy arrived on time and worked hard at freeing a steering linkage rusted almost almost completely to itself. No wonder it wouldn't turn. After WD-40, a propane torch and lots of sweat, the linkage was free and working perfectly. Thanks for saving an otherwise perfectly good tractor of 15 years of uninterrupted service. Robert O

I received a phone call the evening before to narrow the time when the technician would arrive. The morning of the appointment, the technician called a few minutes before to announce his arrival and arrived exactly when expected. He had the part needed and was able to get the washer working within minutes. Excellent service!

I just called Sears service last day as I found out that my washer was not working . When the technician came and checked the issue he immediately found the problem and fixed it. Very professional guy and I was very happy with the job well done . So Thanks Sears service
