Mr Loi was assigned as a Tech who came to diagnose the issues relating to my Furnace and water heater. He was extremely helpful and went the extra miles to help us resolved the issue. It was on a snow storm day and Mr. Loi showed up on time and was able to diagnose and provide us with a very clear and detailed diagnostic results which we used to provide to Pepco. With this information, Pepco was able to quickly determine the exact cause and sent someone out to fix the issues. Mr Loi was Professional, extremely detail oriented, and possesed the technical skills to do the job right the first time. We are pleased to have his service and would like Sears to recognize his Professionalism and capability as well.

Repairman arrived in the 2 hour time slot agreed on, did a diagnostic review, found we only had a problem understanding how the range top worked, showed how to prevent this problem int he future, than informed us of service contract options. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The gentleman that came to repair my dryer was terrific. He was very professional and answered my questions. The problem I have with Sears is that it took 2 weeks for me to get an appointment. This is totally unacceptable. I am thinking about canceling all of my warrantees.

The weather was miserable, but the service repairman was on time and cheerful. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. He also gave us helpful tips to avoid similar problems in the future. Thank you Sears for offering an excellent program to keep our Sears products operating.
