Excellent!

The Technician (0880526) arrived on time, was very polite and showed me identification and he introduced the technician who was accompanying him. He checked the outlets and tested the machine. He explained everything he did. He was very through. The technician accompanying him was very polite and gave me advice on maintaining my machine. I was very pleased and will use Sears Appliance Repair service again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Repair man came on time and fix the problem. I hear some times the cracking noise. Technician said it will go away.I am waiting to see what will happened..

Our refrigerator went out shortly before Christmas. Ramone quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. It came in 2 days later and altho we were not scheduled until January 6th, Ramone and the dispatcher made arrangements to have it installed in a few days. We're up and running now!
