The serviceman came on time and looked at my refrigerator, as the freezer had stopped working. I had been at of town for 10 days and the electricity had gone off in the neighborhood for a period of time. The degrees had turned to centigrade! The serviceman told me to turn off the refrigerator for 48 hours and turn it back on, and it worked! I was hesitant, but it worked! I love my Sears refrigerator! Thank you!
