On time, good communication about schedule, good work, everything works

The door to our dishwasher had screeched forever when it was opened and closed. That wasn't why the Sears representative came out -- it was for a different door issue -- but when he was done the door was totally quiet. It was a revelation. Job well done.

Ordered part was not delivered to house, so repairman went out and got the part and installed it.

The techs were professional, friendly, and on time. They spent time determining the problem and were able to fix it in that single service call. They explained everything they were doing and why it needed to be done. I was very pleased with their work. However, I don't like this review process. Send me a questionnaire that goes back to Sears. I don't normally do reviews and don't like that this seems to be the only way to acknowledge
