Technician was very good at updating us as to his arrival time. When he arrived he quickly checked out our water heater and found he needed a part which he did not have with him. He ordered the part, which arrived the next day, and scheduled his return appointment during his first visit. When he returned he installed the new part and the water heater works fine. Everything was covered under either the manufactuer's warranty or the extended warranty we had purchased.
