The Sears technician Randy comes out every year to my home and tunes up my garden tractor. Thanks to him my tractor has lasted almost 20 years. He also tunes up my snowblower and generator. He calls one hour prior to showing up. Makes the repairs. I never had to call back for anything. If he can't fix it on the spot, he will order the parts and come back in a week to make the repairs. Thank You Randy and Thank You Sears for the excellent service.
