The email confirmed the appt and time. The repairman called to alert me that he was on the way. He was prepared for the problem, promptly accessed the washer's pump, even with the difficult access, cleared the screws that had jammed it. Did a full test that the repair had fixed the problem. I am fully satisfied with the process and results.
