I paid for the 5 year Sears Extended warranty plan and I have had two repairs done on my tractor, one for a pulley and the latest for a slipping drive belt. I made a quick and easy appointment. The warranty is well worth the price, The tech came to my house and fixed my tractor in no time . Very prompt and courteous service. THANX

The technician completed the work satisfactorily. His schedule allowed him to come one day earlier which I appreciated. Although he replaced the needed part he counseled me to always check the lower level of the house to be sure that the problem did not reoccur. I appreciated his courtesy.
