I've had terrible luck with service but this company gave me an appointment within a couple of days of my request and a 4 hour window. On the day of the repair I got an email giving me a shorter window at the end of the original one which allowed me to lget home in time. The repairman was friendly and professional. He took the whole machine apart, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour!
