My dryer is several years old but the heating element failed. The technician Ahmed was early and communicated exactly what needed to be done. He fixed it easily and even showed me how to maintain my dryer. Excellent service. If I have another issue I won't hesitate to call it in and how that Ahmed is the tech that they send back.

The tech was excellent! He diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and came back and fixed my dryer. He cleaned up and was friendly! What a joy to know there are good technicians like he was. Five stars!!
