While the system is totally automated, it is not very interactive to obtain answers. Does not allow early service. Too much waiting time for human answers. But my service person was very cordial and helpful.

I was scheduled for June 4th, 2024 but no technician came. I rescheduled for June 5, 2024 and a technician came and fixed the issue. I would have liked to get a follow about my original appointment.

Took them three days to come out take a look at it. First day they canceled. I waited a half a day For them to come, the second day when you look at the tracking, it said 415 I told him I had to leave at 2 o’clock and the guy came at 2:15 but on the tracker said 4 o’clock third day they finally came and looked at it. This process started March 11 and just finish it March 21. But the two persons that came the last two times were great.

Serviceman was extremely neat, efficient, polite, did a great job. Four stars because it took two calls to get it fixed (extended warranty) and then another 2 week wait for the install of the new refridgerator door. Fridge was still usable, just no water.

The technician was a couple hours late, but called and kept me informed of his progress. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem with the washer. He was friendly and professional and offered me different repair options. Unfortunately, he did not have the needed part with him, but he contacted the warehouse and two other technicians to locate the needed part. He left to handle another call, and another technician brought the part to the house and left it for him. The original technician kept me abreast of his schedule and returned to my house to make the repair. He accepted the online coupon without any issues. All-in-all, I'm impressed with the ability to get someone out the day after I made the appointment and the effort to fix the problem the same day, before I left town for the weekend.
