The technician arrived within the time window and called ahead of time. He diagnosed and corrected the problem in less than an hour.

My Kenmore (actually, an LG) Elite refrigerator had a bad compressor after just 3 years of use. So while I'm very unhappy with how quickly it failed (and the labor is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, only the parts), the service was very good. The repair tech knew exactly what to do, explained the likely cause of the problem, and luckily for me had the part. Otherwise, I would have had to wait at least two more weeks for the part to be shipped, and because so many of these refrigerators have recently been failing, Sears has a 3 to 4 week backlog on when a qualified tech can come out. The backlog is why I didn't give them four stars, since my refrigerator was down for three weeks.

Although you are given a huge time window on your schedule when the technician came he was very efficient and got to doing the job.

It was an in-home tune-up for a treadmill. I was surprised at how limited it really was. The technician tested all the basic stuff and did a good job but he also told me that due to the brand of my treadmill (AFG), he was not allowed to lubricate the belt. Somehow that doesn’t seem helpful nor was it disclosed when I purchased the warranty.
