Your phone line is very frustrating. It is difficult to get to the right person. I was disconnected once after waiting 10 minutes. Also, I don't like being given a 9 hour window when the repairman will arrive. Please at least have the technician let us know that morning if it will be a morning or afternoon visit. Otherwise we could be waiting all day - up to 9 hours for them to arrive!!

Your Sears Appliances Website says that you can fix ANYTHING. This is NOT TRUE. The Technician who came here this morning says that you do not have parts to fix MAGIC CHEF STOVES. Sears knew that BEFORE you sent him out to my home and charged me $160.95. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) about this and requesting that you refund my money.

The two technicians that came a couple of days said that they could do nothing and would send a report. They fixed nothing and left after 10 minutes if even that long. This was the 1st call for Sears but the 2nd call for the same issue. Very disappointing.

Just arrived from work and when started the dryer there is a sound very heavy like something is loose inside - please need to get it revised once again

Technician was polite and on time - BUT! he didn't handle the appliance with care. He didn't know how to put in the shelving - he was in a hurry and pushing and forcing the pieces. At one point he said - this can't be fixed. I let that hang in the air and then asked, "Well what do we do now?" Eventually he rigged a solution to raise the shelving but not fix the broken pin to hold the shelf. Then there was a second pin that was broken. He wanted to simply place the shelf on top of the bottom draw. disregarding the fact that this shelf was the holder for the top drawer - I had to show him the broken pin. He also held open the freezer door and then said the freezer wasn't freezing. But it was fine - the ice cubes had a frost on them not a glaze. He also didn't engage in a conversation he wanted to over talk me as I was trying to slow him down - especially as he was pushing in the shelving sideways and backwards. Sorry, but I don't think he knew what to do. Finally he ordered parts and came back the following week - but still I had to stand over him making sure he didn't cause any other problems. A lot of his problems seem to be lack of communication - it may be cultural - many Africans don't respect american black people and think little of us. That is how I felt. Use to have to deal with white people treating me this way - more and more it is Africans behaving this way. Cultural sensitivity class or pay Americans to do the job. Best ones are the techs from the Baltimore area. they know the products.

I had told the person that this was the third time for this same repair and I thought the hose should be replaced. The repair person said that she thought the repair could be repeated. She also said she thought that since it had been a reoccurring repair there may have been a chance that the hope may have been cut when they delivered the refrigerator initially. The repair only took a few minutes. If the hose had been replaced this time or even the second or heaven forbid the first time I would not have to be waiting a fourth day for the same repair. This has been on going for several years now. I hope it gets fixed (REPLACED) correctly this time!!!!
