The repairman called and asked what appliance was I having serviced I told him a dryer he said his ticket wash for a washer and he was going to cancel The ticket and for me to to call back right away to schedule a new appointment. When I called they said he showed the work had been performed. Please look into this matter.

Absolutely horrible! The delivery window was 8am-5pm which monopolizes your entire day. Nothing was repaired and no update was provided to American Home Shield (I called 2 days in a row). Would not recommend! And on top of that, the team member I spoke with was very unconcerned and rude…no consideration whatsoever that I was without a functioning oven. Definitely not the type of service I was expecting from Sears or American Home Shield—very disappointing.

Terrible. Charged me $409 labor for less than 1 hour of work. Impossible to contact anyone at Sears Home Services to discuss the billing. Will never use them or this technician again.

They have cancelled my appointment 5 times and today 05/03/2025, they have not shown up. They have still not fixed my refrigerator even after a technician suggested a replacement. I know they are avoiding so legal representation is coming.

A very disappointing experience. After scheduling my appointment and explaining my dryer was not working and it was displaying an F1 fault code (likely due to a control board failure based on my research), I had a technician come to my house to tell me I needed a new circuit board and that they no longer made the circuit board my machine needed. When I explained to the technician that I already knew that and I had told the scheduler what the problem with the machine was, he explained to me that the schedulers don’t know anything. This was surprising to me considering the text message I received asking for my model number and issue and that I had told get that info to them so the technician could have the correct parts for repair. The technician spent more time getting my payment than actually looking at the dryer but that should not surprise me because the only comment he made on the call he gave me to say he was coming was he wanted to make sure I knew about and would pay the fee. I would not recommend this company.
