I requested a microwave breakdown to my home insurance coverage. Mr.Olumpiu was the contractor through Sears that was sent for the diagnostic and repair. I would say that I was really pleased by his level of professionalism and how efficient the work was done.

The technician was very polite and professional when he arrived. He began working immediately. He retrieved the part and replaced the control board for my refrigerator and it’s now operating properly. His service was on the highest bar of excellence. Our technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain all issues and also why the repair was necessary. He was personable, and extremely respectful of my house and it's occupants. He also educated us about the proper preventive maintenance for our unit. He was just amazing
