Excellent, attentive service … asks the right questions to make the correct diagnosis. (Doesn’t just guess). Can’t remember his name, but he was an experienced Filipino gentleman. Very kind and knowledgeable. Big kudos to him!!

I just had my furance repaired. I had to wait a week for Sears to order and install the parts. I feel that they should have had the parts in storage. Although, I am happy to have heat in my home, I wish for Sears do more the support their customers.
