Mr. Severino did a wonderful job fixing my HVAC. First, he arrived earlier than scheduled. He ordered the replacement parts and honored his word to return later in the afternoon to install it. He explained everything thoroughly and cleaned the work area before departing. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a long while. I plan to use Sears Home Services for future projects.
