The technician arrived early. He asked for any parts that had arrived. No parts were listed on my correspondence from Sears. He checked his paperwork and realized the parts might not be available or are on back order. He returned to his van to communicate with Sears. He returned to my house to take a picture of my freezer. The technician was sincere, business like, and professional. He was apologetic that the repair could not be made at this time.

The actual service was very quick and technicianwas friendlyand professional, but the technician didn't show up until 1.5 hours after the scheduled service window.

Excellent service However the technician was not able to fix the problem after two tries and felt that the washing machine was unfixable. I am waiting on resolution on how to get a new washing machine per contract
