I cannot praise Tom enough for getting my stove repaired. He came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part. Once the part had been delivered to me, he was back within a few days to install it. Tom is very efficient. I could not have asked for better service or a nicer technician. The service I received from Sears is best.

I had some new Z-Line appliances that gave me a lot of trouble, so I had to call warranty services. The first two service companies that On-Point warranty assigned were not very responsible and left without communicating with me. After going back and forth for a year, On-Point assigned Sears Service to me, and I suddenly saw the difference. They communicated with me each step of the way, showed up on time, and got the job done!
