Repairman arrived in the 2 hour time slot agreed on, did a diagnostic review, found we only had a problem understanding how the range top worked, showed how to prevent this problem int he future, than informed us of service contract options. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even take the time to give me a quote on all my appliances for extended warrantees.

The gentleman that came to repair my dryer was terrific. He was very professional and answered my questions. The problem I have with Sears is that it took 2 weeks for me to get an appointment. This is totally unacceptable. I am thinking about canceling all of my warrantees.

The Technician (0880526) arrived on time, was very polite and showed me identification and he introduced the technician who was accompanying him. He checked the outlets and tested the machine. He explained everything he did. He was very through. The technician accompanying him was very polite and gave me advice on maintaining my machine. I was very pleased and will use Sears Appliance Repair service again and recommend it to my family and friends.
