Service was completed. Snow thrower started without difficulty. Service person left record of repair. Overall service was very good.

Sears repaired my dryer, the tech they sent Mr. Gabriel did a wonderful job. The dryer works perfectly now the tech was very professional and courteous. The whole experience was great.

Our refrigerator went out shortly before Christmas. Ramone quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. It came in 2 days later and altho we were not scheduled until January 6th, Ramone and the dispatcher made arrangements to have it installed in a few days. We're up and running now!

Luckily for me my washer was one of the few remaining that had a good warranty so I was responsible for labor only. The repair men were friendly and professional, and when they left my washer was up and running.
