Luckily for me my washer was one of the few remaining that had a good warranty so I was responsible for labor only. The repair men were friendly and professional, and when they left my washer was up and running.

The service person knew what was wrong with my ice maker & he had the replacement part on his truck. This was a pleasant surprise as my past experience the part had to be ordered & then call for the repair to be completed which was a wait of approximately 2 plus weeks The repair person was pleasant & knew his work This repair was not for Charles Gaumont. Sears Home Services honored their warranty and did a significant repair of our Kenmore Elite washing machine at no charge to us. In addition, the work was performed in a timely manner. Parts were ordered from a local supplier, so that the work could be performed the same day that the problem was diagnosed by a technician. Sears comes through again with excellent service!

The technician came to replace the motor in our washing machine. He was very prompt, courteous, thorough, and efficient. All went well.

The repair guy knew his stuff and fixed it quickly. Excellent work.

The repairman had little personality but he KNOWS his way around a snowblower!!! Outstanding job!
