Problem: Samsung refrigerator fan was making a loud noise, but stopped when you opened the refrigerator door. The technician knew exactly what the problem was before he came to the house and had all the correct repair parts. Took him about 35 minutes to repair. Very professional and informative. Caution: Would not use Samsung repair as the crew sent out years ago were two young men who probably knew computers but not refrigerators. There was a $70 house call fee plus parts and labor. Sears Appliance Repair was cheaper and competent.
