The last Repairman was courtious , polite and professional completed the job in short time, and my dishwasher is now working like a new dishwasher after waiting 4 long months without the use of my dishwasher because I did not receive good service in that time, repairmen walked off the job and left me with nothing but frustration, however I was determined to have my dishwasher repaired because I was told the service contract covered all repairs on the dishwasher or they would replace it. After much frustration I finally got a good repairman, First Tom who was very helpful, ordered parts and installed them without trouble and second repairman who came to install the remaining part. I wish I could remember the second man's name, I would highly recommend Tom and the last man, which regrettably I cannot remember his name. I highly recommend these 2 repairmen but I would have to think long and hard whether I would buy another service contract from Sears, it is a shame that some unprofessional service repairmen are working for Sears and ruin the experience for their customers. However Tom and last repairman are worth their wait in gold.

We bought a Kenmore Elite front-loading clothes washer three years ago and finally accepted Sears' offer of an annual free preventative maintenance check just before our 3-year extended warrantee ran out. Should have done this three years ago because we got a lot of good education from this service technician. For example, we only need two tablespoons of detergent and should periodically clean the rubber seal around the stainless-steel drum. The technician wanted to sell us a small bottle of cleaning fluid for the discount price of $12, but I'd rather hand scrub the seal with baking soda twice a year and run a handful of baking soda through a cycle. The technician's arrival was delayed by a couple hours, but Sears was almost obsessive in keeping us up to date with phone and email messages.
