On time and fair.

Our service man was WONDERFUL!!! He didn't think I was nuts when I described the strange symptoms of our front loading Sears washer, but went right to work -- and "voila!" discovered some shredded and torn paper money in the "guts" of the machine, even in the motor!!! We were delighted that his detective skills uncovered the problem, even more when all three of us together pieced the tatters together, and now think that we could re-claim those errant bills!!! Kudos to your service persons, ours was prompt, personable, professional, efficient, and informative -- you can't do any better than him -- please tell him so!! Pleasant experience

The repair tech, Scott, was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the two parts quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed.

The technician arrived early and was quick to diagnose the problem. Our washer needed a new door boot (there was a tear creating a leak) He knew which part was necessary and installed it with ease. I would recommend Sears Appliance Repair to others.
