Walton was very thorough checking my gas dryer and checking the exhaust of the gas dryer leaving out of my home.He was by far the most complete service man that I've ever had from Sears! He has even called me back twice to see if the moisture has been removed from my gas dryer. Sears needs more Excellent Servicemen like Walton. He truly cares for his customers!!!

It was a home repair . The technician came and cleaned my washer and dryer and was very cordial and polite. Her offered good advice to keep both machines working effectively. His name was Walton and his tech ID was 0880526. Thank you for sending good people out to represent Sears .
