My freezer was not working so I called many companies requesting same day service. The only company that could provide it was Sears Appliance Center. The gentleman from the call center was extremely kind and helpful and managed to schedule same day service. The technician was on-time, professional, and knowledgeable, and fixed the issue. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Sears Appliance Center.
