Our technician was excellent. Your prices however are robbery! It cost us $403.00 to have a lightbulb in our freezer changed. Shame on Sears!

Tech knew what he is doing very well. Found issue with no cold air on central air. And took care by adding Freon and gave 130 days warranty on solution. The only complain I have was the scheduling of the service. Waited from the first time estimate 8:00 am to the actual time 5:41pm they keep changing the arrival time 4 times making me not able to leave the house.

Repairman got the dishwasher to turn on after resetting it. Hours after he left, my dishwasher is unresponsive, so I have to request for service again
