I had two service people come on one day. Both were on time, courteous and efficient. Giving 4 stars because it wasn't possible to have a single person come for the dishwasher and washing machine, which require similar skill sets to repair.

The repairman did an excellent job. He arrived on time, even called 15 minutes before his arrival. He was able to diagnose the problem and fixed my washing machine right away. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The repairman called and reported promptly within the scheduled time frame. He installed the new parts following additional diagnosis and departed within the hour. He was polite and addressed my concerns in a professional manner.

Appointment setting was easy, technician was on-time, quickly diagnosed problem and repaired it just as quickly. No pressure to proceed after receiving the estimate. Hated having to have someone do the work, but very satisfied with result

Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. Dropped rating one star since he had to order parts instead of being able to fix in the one visit though parts arrived quickly and the problem was fixed in the following week.

Great service! The guys were prompt, friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly. The only reason I didn't say 5 is that I wish they had brought the part with them, as it was pretty clear given the diagnostic questions asked over the phone what was going to be needed.
