Problem solved. Courteous repairman who came on time. Only complaint is delay of availability-2 weeks during the holidays-under Master Protection Plan.

The service was very good. The negative is that for the price of the coverage we should not have to wait 10 days for the first appointment. Once they started it took ordering parts and 2 more visits (+9 days) to fix.
