Sears ALWAYS does great work; however it was frustrating that Sears sent a repair technician to our house without the requisite part (a new heating element for our stove) even though I detailed what the problem was and what was needed. I am sure that some (or many) customers in the past have been wrong in their self-diagnoses, which probably generated the policy of sending technicians to sites without parts in-hand; but it was frustrating nonetheless. What should have been a less-than-one-hour job, unnecessarily turned into a multi-hour one. All that aside, Sears ALWAYS does great work.

Repair man was helpful with suggestions to help remove build up of smudge in dishwasher. Called for repair on my Adventium microwave. Was disappointed to hear that appliance was too old and part that was broken was not available. We fixed it with clear tape.

Our service provider determined the problem quickly and was willing to come back later the same day with the needed part. Quickest service i have had in a very long time!
