My technician was superb--friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me resolve my problem. Unfortunately the dryer problem was in my vent tube and not the dryer itself, so policy prevented the technician from dealing with the vent tube. Also policy prevented the technician from applying my 20% coupon to the work he did cleaning out the lint and water inside my dryer because it was not technically a repair?! I also agree that a two-hour appointment window would be more customer-friendly. That said, I love how easy Sears makes it to get all my appliances repaired, and I love that they keep good records of what I own.
