Technician was on time, went right to work, but seems to have problem correctly diagnosing the real cure, as I still have some pulsation from the oil burner, but will monitor and get back.

Service was on time, professional and quick and effective. However gone are the days when the diagnostic fee is credited upon acceptance of service. Service is good, but more expensive than in past years due to the diagnostic fee not being credited. Still a good value.

Technician arrived on time, was very professional, quickly identified the problem and did the repair. I may have thought the repair was a little high for what needed to be done, but we needed the dryer to work and I didn't argue. Overall very pleased with the service.

Knowledgeable and very courteous technician. Repair price is very expensive ($400+ for rollers replacement). So I just paid $129 for diagnostic. Bought parts from Amazon for $30 and will replace them myself. 5 stars for the technician, 1 star for repair price => 3 Stars rating.

Other than the great service given by the technician, Sears scheduling is terrible. For the dryer repair they scheduled September 10th between 7am & 6pm and they never showed up and rescheduled another appointment. Anyhow it took the dryer to be fixed 12 days
