It was an in-home tune-up for a treadmill. I was surprised at how limited it really was. The technician tested all the basic stuff and did a good job but he also told me that due to the brand of my treadmill (AFG), he was not allowed to lubricate the belt. Somehow that doesn’t seem helpful nor was it disclosed when I purchased the warranty.

Technician was on time, went right to work, but seems to have problem correctly diagnosing the real cure, as I still have some pulsation from the oil burner, but will monitor and get back.

Service was on time, professional and quick and effective. However gone are the days when the diagnostic fee is credited upon acceptance of service. Service is good, but more expensive than in past years due to the diagnostic fee not being credited. Still a good value.
