Sears was hired by AHS to inspect our refrigerator. We received a text and email stating that the technician would arrive on Monday, 4/6/2026. At 8:56 AM, we received a call from Abdul informing us that he would arrive in 20 minutes, and we agreed. He never showed up. Later, we received an email stating that I had accepted estimate #13574040, service unit number 0007084, with a labor cost of $100, invoice ID ASALAM, ID 0028084. This is incorrect—he never arrived, and we never accepted any estimate. How can you email us claiming that we approved it? We then received a call from AHS stating that the vendor refused to provide service to us. After reviewing the situation, we realized this was the same contractor who came to our home last year regarding a refrigerator door seal that needed replacement. At that time, he claimed the seal and door were one piece and that the entire door needed to be replaced. My husband told him that was not accurate and that he was attempting to scam us. Abdul became aggressive toward my husband, who then told him to leave our property because he was trespassing. The entire incident is recorded. Abdul went to his car but refused to leave until we told him the police would be called. He began yelling, and after a few minutes, he finally left. I will never use Sears for anything again. You cannot have technicians behaving this way. It creates serious safety and security concerns for homeowners.

He never showed up and canceled it with AHS, this is the same guy came last year for refrigerator door seal and told us entire door need to be replaced, we asked him to leave and was rude and did not want to leave our house which we told him we will call the cops, everything was recorded. Not sure why someone like him works for a company that he lied treated homeowner.

Mr Walton was professional and courteous. Shame on Sears for having AI for all customer care. It is impossible to get help.

We were charged for a new ice maker. When that didn’t work either, we called whirlpool. It turns out the tubing was clogged and needed to be defrosted. We spent $400 we didn’t have to. Update: They provided the number below, but it is for an AI chat bot that wasn’t very helpful. I didn’t speak to a human that could understand and help. Very disappointing. SMH

My appointment has been rescheduled twice and still no show for the third appointment. I have called multiple times and unable to get through a live agent . I read the reply for one of the prior review. The number provided was for AI based agent. At this point I will drive to sears location myself and complain. If sear really want to fix the issue, they should call their customers directly. I will be called my home warranty company and file a complaint there as well.

Booked with Sears as they said they could come to fix my dishwasher between 8am and 12pm. Finally cancelled the appointment at 4:50pm as they kept extending the time to arrive but not showing up. If they had been honest about having no availability today, I would not have booked through them. Will never attempt to use again, and will never recommend to anyone.

I was told the issue was resolved but it was not resolved. The dishwasher stops working during the rinse cycle, flashes OC, and the water does not drain. Please send help ASAP.
