The technicians that came to our house were great. This review is in response to their scheduling and communication. It has taken over two months to get our fridge repair service completed. MULTIPLE reschedules with out any communication as to why. I am writing this review now because I had a service scheduled for today and on the DAY OF the appointment they changed my timing window AGAIN. This time to a NINE hour window.

I have been trying to get my washing machine to work since May. The first technician Mansoor, came my house and said "There is nothing wrong with the washer, it's the drain pipe that needs to be unclogged." I got the drain unlogged, however when I went to start the machine it would stop mid cycle. A second young man came out and said I needed to order some parts. We ordered the parts. It took 4 rescheduling times and a phone call for someone to finally come out. Ahmad N came out with the same young man that came out the second time. They installed the parts BUT did not wait to make sure the washer was working. They told me " It should work now" When they left I tried running the machine and it did not work, the water started and then stopped I had the phone number to to younger man and informed him that the machine was not working and could they come back to fix it, BUT he didn't answer his phone or the text I sent. I would like a refund for the inadequacy your team has provided. It is July and my machine is STILL NOT WORKING!! This is unexpectable. Please let me know how to get my refund and cancel this home warranty program that is absolutely useless. Thank you, Magdalena E Molina

The repair technician did not show up. I received a signed receipt, but it is a forged signature. My washing machine is still broken.

I am being treated so terribly by Sears Home Services. It has been over a month when they say they are going to repair my refrigerator and they keep messing up the arrival of the parts. In the meantime they took my money. A nightmare.

Technician was fine and had not problems with him. There’s no place but here to rate the overall company so using this platf to talk about the service as a whole. Service overall has been horrendous. I’ve been unable to talk to anyone who can help. They have no regard for the time windows set up and just show up when they want. When you try to call you get stuck on hold for 30+ minutes. Finally when you can talk to someone they are not able to do anything. Perfect example of how outsourcing customer service benefits the consumer. There are no competent humans involved on the dispatcher or CS side. I would rather go to trade school and learn to fix appliances myself than use this company again.

Company is TRASH. They will constantly reschedule your appointments without consulting you first. Our washing machine was misdiagnosed and they refused to refund the fee. Also, they charge asinine fees to fix. They wanted $500 and a week to get the parts. Might as well get a new washer at that point. Unhappy is an understatement

The worst technician ever. His level of unprofessionalism was astounding. He was rude impatient and in my opinion a disgrace to the Sears. He left without completing the services. A rating of one star is too generous.

Dear Sears personal Finally I am glad that the repairs are done. However your service isn't satisfactory. The main concern is about your technician. He didn't keep his appointment. Three times you setup appointment windows and all three times failed to keep it. Do you think that I am staying home all the time and he can show up anytime he wants? The second technician (Saifidun) was great and fixed the problem. That is the only reason I am giving a star. The first technician didn't fix the problem. He ordered an expensive part that we paid for but that was not the issue. Sears Repair customer service is deplorable and virtually nonexistent. I wish I could leave zero stars. It takes forever to get in touch with a live person. Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes. It took numerous attempts to contact Sears. A supervisor or someone from the escalation team was supposed to contact me but never did. I had to make a new appointment to get someone to come out and explain the situation to them. Luckily, he had the correct part in his truck. It took almost two months between the first and second visit and to finally get the issue resolved.
