It was worst experience. These guys have to come three times. That I appreciate. But time it took than more than six weeks. In the last when I loose my patience and call even then nobody was willing to help me they kept on saying they can not forward the appointment even though the parts were there, after so much argument the super wiser agree to send four days earlier but in realty she did not send anybody at earlier time the technician came on its own sweet time but at fourth time he fixed it on forth visit after two month and with lip service " o I am sorry it took so long" Like a audio recording. Did not even "try" to expedite the repair appointment. No use of plan.

Sears repair service sucks! They don't know how to fix a Samsung washing machine. I've been trying to get Sears repair to fix my broken washing machine since March 2017 and it's still broken. I had six different sears repairman came to my house and attempted to fix the washer and each person leave the machine worse off than the previous one. Oh and Sears refuse to replace it even though it's under warranty. DON'T BUY SEARS WARRANTY! It's a waste of money.

It took 5 repair people 5 weeks to repair an electric dryer!! After the 4th visit I told them they were wasting both their time & money sending people out who couldn't do the job & wasting my time as well. I asked for a replacement dryer. "No you have a service contract for repair. We have to keep repairing it until a repairperson says it can't be repaired" Duh, 4 x times to repair and you are sending out a FIFTH repair person??? It still makes noise and the 5th repair person said " it's just they model. After a number of years you get the noise and we can't do anything about it." THIS IS A REPAIR ?? I would rate less than one star but it doesn't give me the option. To be fair I have other appliances Sears has done a good job repairing but this was a joke. Now the other side: I had a problem two days ago with a freezer. I dealt with the Geek Squad from Best Buy. First call we reset the freezer. I worked for 2 days then the freezer died. So I called a second time. "OK we will send you a new freezer in two days". Now THAT is service.

This has been the most frustrating experience. We have a service agreement for our rental property and need repair for the washer. A part (very large and heavy) was needed that was shipped to the house. When the service technician came out, he said that the part was damaged and couldn't do the service. So another part was ordered. Same thing. Part was damaged. Finally the technician went and picked up a new part and did the repair. However, they left the old part and the damaged part at the residence. It has been over two weeks now since this all started and the parts still have not been picked up. They are too large to dispose with the regular trash. I have called several times and arrange pickup and have been told "We will call you back with pickup details" and never get a call back! My tenants are furious. They have young children and these parts just sitting around in the house are unsafe and an eyesore! I wish I had never spent the extra money to have a service contract with Sears!!!!

Did not receive a timely call inside 4 hour window regarding delay - ending in no-show. Later auto message that person was arriving later in day - I had taken morning off work. Recognize a weather event created delays previous day - but lack of communication not acceptable. Called a different service and had 2 hour window, person came on time or early, and timely communications. Done with Sears, I am afraid.

Wish there was a zero! We have now been without a working refrigerator/freezer since May 23rd. Our first appt was June 8th; after repeated calls got someone June 2nd. Said he couldn't fix; gave me a number to call for spoiled food and loaner. Next appt was scheduled for June 15th; unit turned out to be LG, parts are not stocked and have to be ordered from Germany. Loaner is to go rent a refrigerator, which we finally did. It blocks my kitchen door. Local tech (called with permission) cleared out major ice blockages on the coils, identified problem with control board, defrost system & suspected freone leak & recommended replacement. Tech finally came on June 5th; said no replacement! must be repaired! Ordered parts from Germany, informed us that unit had to be unplugged with doors open at least 5 (7 better) days before next appt. It will be great fun cleaning up the dripping water every day! The appt is still scheduled for June 20th but we received a message that we have to reschedule We are an 80 yr old couple; husband had major cancer surgery and was in the hospital for a week during all this. Supposedly we were given "emergency" service. LOL

We had a very long wait of over three weeks to get service and we have a covered product. The repairmen stripped the screws on the lower panel of the refrigerator so it can not be screwed back in. I am trying to get the two screws replaced and haven't been successful as yet. Never again.
