Dryer is still not working. He claimed it was dirty and cleaned it but did not test it under a load. When you put clothes in it will not work. It starts and then stops. And no it’s not over loaded. We have had this washer for 10 years

My first appointment was canceled to wait for parts (which arrived before the appointment). I could not get another Saturday appointment, so I took a day off for the 2nd appointment (bc “2nd appointments can’t be on Saturdays” but I never had a 1st appointment). There was no call and no one showed up for an 8am too 5pm window. I was rescheduled again. I took ANOTHER day off work. The arrival time got pushed back several times. Jason came for the 3rd appointment, but could not pull the dishwasher out and turn it on its side bc the water line wasn’t long enough. I was told he would not disconnect the water to the appliance and to call a plumber. I was rescheduled. He came and “repaired” it weeks later & left while a cleaning cycle was running and said it’ll be good to go. When the cycle ended, it was still dirty inside and smelled bad. I ran another cleaning cycle with affirm cleaner before putting dishes in. At the end of the cycle, the detergent was all over the door and nothing was clean. I first called in September to get this fixed and the next (5th) appointment is December 7th… ironically a Saturday.
