Jason was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in getting my dryer repaired. Also all the calls & texts kept me aware of the costs, time of arrival, and what needed to be fixed. I think the overall cost was too high, but I’m thankful to have it fixed fast. Thanks!!

Mike was excellent! Both professionally and experienced. He went over and above to service my dryer. It was clearly not serviced for a long time. ( I just Bought the house 2 weeks ago and it would not heat. He fixed the problem and was so thorough, not only that he took a lot of time to clear and explain everything to me, he cleaned out all the lint (which I was shocked to see how much). He even went outside to check my outside vent and said he would definitely recommend me getting that cleaned out. I have already scheduled for next Saturday. Mike is a definite asset to Sears and hope he is so appreciated as a dedicated employee!!! Thanks again do much Mike!!

Mike W and the trainee were both fantastic! Helpful, friendly and overall a great experience! I used my repaired Kenmore 70 Series washer after the repair and it works like a brand new machine! We both think Mike is easily the friendliest, most knowledgeable repair person around! Thanks for sending the BEST!

Just wish the time line could be narrowed down from 8am to 3pm. We work also and it's hard to sit around all day waiting. I understand you can't give an exact time but an eight hour window is more difficult to work around. Russ was very professional and did a great job.
