The only negative remark I have is I couldn’t speak to a real person about the parts that were ordered, when I needed to. I didn’t know how many parts were ordered. We received one part, so I tried to reschedule the return appointment, but AI Samantha told me you were still trying to locate a part. I called again and somehow I was able to speak to someone in the office—not sure how I did that. Was told there were 2 parts ordered. So when the 2nd part arrived I again tried to reschedule the appointment— but AI still saying need to locate the part. I attempted to call multiple times and was unable to be connected to a live person. I found the Tech, Carter’s phone number in my recent calls. I called him to find out why it was still saying this online. He was very kind, and took the time to look up my order. Told me there was indeed another part coming. He made this process easier. He came to our home twice. He’s knowledgeable and professional. He’s an asset to Sears Service Without him I would give this service a 1 just because of the frustration trying to talk to a real person. Please do something to rectify this as there are times when AI doesn’t get the job done. Carter deserves a 10 star rating!

Way too many reminder messages and emails about an 8 hour appt time window. I don't need two a day to remember the appt. Serviceman was great.
