Jim arrived on time, went right to work on completing repairs on my washing machine. Professional, friendly, and courteous. I also had help from service tech Mike Colin's who installed the new lid switch to get my washing machine fixed and running great again. Both service techs were excellent!!

Jim is an experienced technician who diagnosed the problem with my Maytag washer very quickly and made the repair. He showed me the damage part explain the cost ahead of time and was very pleasant to deal with.
