Jim did an excellent job servicing my double ovens. Your AI person is very annoying. I was received too many call and double email messages every time they emailed me. One of the robo-calls was for someone else. When the asked me to re-schedule they did not give me a reason why. My appointment was reschedules three times.

Had a squealing tensioner pulley. Bought a kit that had pulley, belt, rollers and do it all at once. 30-45 minute job. Work needed me so I reached out to sears to replace it for me. 368 labor. Ouch. I agreed to it. The tech (Jim) did a great job, friendly, and he does not set prices. Sears repair puts the cost in the app. Dryer is silent again at least.

Quick. Effective. Explained things well. Good customer repoir. What I didn’t like was the AI agent. It was difficult to ask the agent to explain third and fourth level questions. And, there was no one to talk too after you spoke to the AI agent for further information.

Cedric was our tech here this morning Mike Collin’s had misdiagnosed our problem with our refrigerator. All it needed was to unclog the drain tubes. Mike Collin’s ordered a part we didn’t need. Cedric took the part with him. Cedric is the best. He had been here before to install a new icemaker. No problems with that.
