Jim arrived within the expected time window. The Sears Virtual Assistant allowed me to provide detailed info to prepare Jim. Sears Home Service texted updates, giving me a more accurate arrival time for the service. Jim quickly ran diagnostics and ran the washer through it's cycles to verify the source of the leak. He was extremely knowledgeable of the make/model of my washer and quickly determined the source was from the overflow port peculiar to LG design of front loaders. It was caused by oversudsing from too much detergent. Jim was extremely professional, friendly and helped me understand the problem.
