Jim was friendly and professional. He quickly figured out the problem and gave me the quote asked if I wanted him to do the work or if I just wanted to buy a new one. Since the cost was going to be about the same and the machine was 10yrs old anyway, it was a no-brainer but I called my husband to confirm and Jim patiently waited while I did so. Payment for the diagnosis was easy and quick and Jim went on his way.

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns not only did he listen to what I had to say he gave me exactly the directions I need to help maintain and improve my machine would love to have Jason as a tech again anytime
