I won’t speak about the company as a whole because I’ve had some bad experiences with them! However, this time the technician “Cedric” was outstanding! He was on time even with the snow and ice on the ground. He made the repairs to our refrigerator and was on his way. Cedric was professional and courteous. This was a great experience! I hope that future service appointments are this good!
