Technician is awesome. Very through and methodical in his work. Well organized, polite and informative. Because of age of refrigerator the compressor and associated parts needed to get it to work were no longer available. He double checked his work and promptly file a report with American Home Shield. Always glad to see him when I need something repaired. 5 stars

Great service. The tech showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. He ordered a part that arrived the next day. He came back the next day and installed the part. The repair was covered under warranty.
