Jim arrived promptly and was ready to address our dryer issue. He quickly found the problem and also alerted us to a hazardous lint buildup in the internal housing, separate from the vent. He addressed that issue and completed the repair. We appreciated his professionalism and courtesy. Thank you!

Jim was awesome! Apparently the info I initially submitted concerning the code our appliance was showing never got relayed to him, but he didn't let that prevent him from doing an outstanding job getting our washing machine back in order. Definitely recommend.
