Mr. Cedric is a true professional, he came in, diagnosed the problem and game me Sears options for me to decide how I needed him to proceed without pressuring me on which options I should choose. He cleaned up each time as he was doing the job without leaving a mess. Thank you Mr. Cedric for a job well done!đź‘Ť

Jim was professional and performed the repair in a short amount of time. I do have a problem with the AI service set up. The original window was between 8am and 5pm. When Jim and a trainee arrived at 5:30pm, they couldn't perform the repair because the home office didn't relay the photos I took showing the damaged drain hose. They had to order a new one. Then, something happened and they had to cancel the follow up repair a few days later, again being held hostage for an unspecified 9 hour window. Today, the window was 7am to 6pm. Thankfully, Jim came at 9:15. Having a smaller window of service, even before or after noon, would be a real improvement in the quality of the experience to the customer. BTW, the price of service below was free as it was a warranty repair but that's not a choice.
